AT3-310A2N | Auto Programming System

AT3-310A2N is an automated programming system designed for high-performance and high-quality programming, targeted at the programming of large volumes. It can program up to 2500 units per hour thanks to 4 pick & place nozzles (depends on IC programming time). Thanks to it's design and precise vision positioning system, it is capable of handling 1.5mm x 1.5mm devices such as WLCSP.
The system is equipped with 4 units of ALL-200G or ALL-300G2 programmers and supports up to 64 sockets.
I/O options are flexible, supporting tray/tape/tube.
